    We offer Pre K Martial Arts starting at age 3. Our curriculum is specifically designed to match your child’s stage of development, focusing on fun, structure, and skill-building.

  • Do I need to be in shape to start adult martial arts or kickboxing?

    Not at all! Our programs are beginner-friendly and designed to help you build fitness and skill at your own pace, regardless of where you're starting from.

  • What should my child wear for their first class?

    Comfortable athletic clothing is perfect for the first class. Once enrolled, students will receive information about uniforms and gear.

  • Can we try a class before committing?

    Yes! We offer a free trial class so you can experience the program, meet the instructors, and see if it’s the right fit for your family.

  • How are classes structured for kids?

    Each class includes a warm-up, skill development, partner drills, and a short life-skills talk. It’s high-energy, structured, and fun—perfect for keeping kids engaged.

  • Are your instructors experienced with children?

    Absolutely. Our instructors are specially trained to work with children and know how to balance discipline with encouragement.

  • How often should we attend classes?

    Most students train 2–3 times per week for the best results. We’ll help you find a schedule that fits your family’s routine.

  • Is martial arts safe for young children?
